I provide HIPAA compliant online therapy using a Secure Client Portal. Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling sessions that work best with your busy schedule. This option is available to anyone in New York State. So, whether you live in Buffalo, NY or Eastern Long Island, or if you are attending college or visiting the state, I am available to help.


During your online therapy session, a collaborative problem solving approach as part of a cognitive-behavioral therapy model will be utilized to develop an individualized treatment plan. We will work together on meeting goals and objectives that are indicated in this plan so that you can live a more meaningful life, meet your goals, feel better, get better, be better, and do better.


You can write in your own secure client journal and choose to share your between appointment thoughts with me or utilize the privacy feature.


E-therapy services in the Virtual Office include face-to-face video sessions, e-mail support, journaling, and online chat. Phone sessions are also available.

Treatment is available for children, adolescents, and adults.


Treatment for anxiety is available for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Selective Mutism, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Panic Disorder, and more.


Sessions may be ongoing, as needed, or time limited (4 weeks).
