During your online therapy session, a collaborative problem solving approach as part of a cognitive-behavioral therapy model will be utilized to develop an individualized treatment plan. We will work together on meeting goals and objectives that are indicated in this plan so that you can live a more meaningful life, meet your goals, feel better, get better, be better, and do better.
You can write in your own secure client journal and choose to share your between appointment thoughts with me or utilize the privacy feature.
E-therapy services in the Virtual Office include face-to-face video sessions, e-mail support, journaling, and online chat. Phone sessions are also available.
